# Refferal Program

DualGuard offers a referral program for teams and individuals who introduce protocol teams to DualGuard. Qualified referrals earn fixed payouts: $1,000 for security review referrals, and $500 for bug bounty referrals.

#### Overview

The DualGuard Partnership Program is for ecosystem operators who regularly advise protocol teams on security decisions. DualGuard owns evaluation, scoping, contracting, and delivery. Partners are paid when referred teams purchase.

#### How it works

Referrals are submitted through the program form.

DualGuard runs evaluation, scoping, contracting, and delivery.

Referral payouts are issued after customer payments are received and cleared.

#### Compensation

**Security reviews**: $1,500 per qualified security review referral (paid once per purchased engagement).

**Bug bounties**: $750 per qualified bug bounty referral (paid once per new bounty program purchase).

#### Referral qualification

A referral is qualified if:

* The referred team is not already in an active sales process with DualGuard at the time of submission.
* The referral is submitted through this [form](https://staging.dualguard.xyz/#referral-program)
* The referred team purchases within the attribution window.

Referrals remain eligible for 180 days from submission.

#### Payout timing

Paid after the customer’s payment is received by DualGuard.

#### Program integrity

DualGuard attributes referrals to the first qualified submission on record. DualGuard may decline referrals involving spam, misrepresentation, or low-integrity outreach. If a customer payment is refunded or reversed, the associated referral payout may be reversed or offset.
