# Discussion

**Important:** Make sure your comments are clear and exhaustive.

#### Phases 2

Only one of the 2 Lead Judges can leave **1 opening comment** indicating the validity status, impact and likelihood while briefly justifying his decision.

#### Phase 3

In Phase 3 (lasting 72 hours), judges and guards can escalate issues by leaving **up to 3 comments** each in the discussion. If no escalation occurs, the discussion closes at the start of Phase 4.

#### Phase 4

Only one of the 2 Lead Judges can leave **1 final comment** indicating the validity status, impact and likelihood while briefly justifying his decision.
