# Security Reviews for Protocol Teams

#### DualGuard for Protocol Teams

When teams Launch their protocols live on mainnet, they're exposing their project and users' funds to hackers. Security work needs to assume smart and motivated attackers and real capital at stake.

DualGuard focuses on pre-launch security services for the moment and puts the emphasis on specialisation while leveraging AI to serve both security researchers and protocol teams.

#### **Security Review Contests**

DualGuard contests are security reviews that bring many guards (independent security researchers) to review projects under clear rules and incentives. The goal being the discovery of vulnerabilities and their mitigation.

#### DualGuard’s Approach to Security Review Contests

Here's a breakdown of our main service: ***Security Review Contest***

* Agentic Security Contest
* Traditional Security Contest
* Mitigation Review

DualGuard Security Review Contests ensure the participation of 2 designated lead guards (competent and specialized security researchers). They guarantee quality standard for the security review. A large pool of guards (independent security researchers) is also expected to compete on the same codebase under clear rules.

In practice, that means:

* Agentic Security Review: AI Agents are multiplying the number of hacks and bug bounty submissions so it's only logical to push for its use at pre-launch, as a first step before the traditional security contest.
* Multiple attacker mindsets: a review led by a 2 lead guards (specialised and competent security researchers), reinforced by participation from many other guards (security researchers).
* Assessed Findings: submissions are judged, deduplicated, and severity assessed so teams get a clean set of fix-ready issues instead of raw noise.
* Mitigation Review: the engagement includes a mitigation review so protocol teams can launch with confidence knowing the fixes were implemented correctly and no new vulnerability was introduced.
* Cost efficiency: DualGuard is designed so the majority of spend is allocated to the prize pool. The platform fees are estimated at only 20% of the total budget.<br>
